dear blog.... so sorri for my tardiness... well, wass extremely lazy ydae... supposed to write more but i din... ydae was out with gaddafy and rahman to find jobs around orchard... rahman was quite stubborn, thus things din go as smoothly as we i thought of... he was quite fussy... then, i wasnt that please with him... the day ended with no jobs available... most of it we jus write down our particulars there... hoping to get a chance... however, i tink that there are lil possibilities of getting enlisted... but gotta stay optimistic... lil chance still got chance... lol... =)))
let mi now continue the xiamen''s trip... but wait... let mi take da sets of photograph developed to refresh my memory... lool... cool... on da 23th of dec 2004, we took silkair to xiamen international airport... the flight was rather early... 7.50am flight... there are 16 pple going in our trip... so our group is rather big, and wud be difficult to plan stuffs... aniwae... we nearly MISS OUR FLIGHT... al of us were walking slowly and do not know the time.... we kanna scolded by the crew.. he said that "wa, u all think dis is wad, bus ar... can wait for pple ar... har!"... he v angry... lol... den all of us do things quickly... scan our luggage and pass da inspection of body... i nearly got lost my digital cam... thanks to my father who remembers to take it! cool... hmm... da flight takes around 4 hours... xiamen is quite cold... thus, we brought many of da winter wear with us... i brought only a denim jacket, and my beloved adidas sweater... when we arrived at xiamen's international airport, my long distant relative picked us up... unfortunately, my da yi (big aunt) luggage could not be found... when we called back to sgp, they said that they will deliver the luggage back at night as the plane flew to xiamen only at night... then we headed to a restuarant for our lunch... at da restaurant, there were pple playing majong... after one of the worker left the majong table to serve us, my father asked for permission to join them... cool! they din gamble... and we began eating and father soon join us...after lunch, we went to hen ni ma(in hokkien, which is a temple) at an kuay(in hokkien, an xi in chinese)... it took 2 hours of drive... i was this temple's kuay kia (god son)... closely related... also one of my cousin is a member of this temple... beside the temple, there are two small huts... the huts are for cooking food to cater to the crowd on the following day as the temple is having a mega event... soon, we headed to the zhor chu (home of our long distant relative)... they cooked splendid dishes for us!! also both parties tend to get to understand each other better... at da zhor chu, i took foto with 2 cute neighbour of theirs... dun anihow think, they are 2 lil gers... but realli cant tell that they are gers... da foto is in my frenster!! after all this, its around night time (8+)... then we went to our hotel to checked in... the hotel only has 1 floor of roooms... however, there service was splendid... theres also a balcony with carpet grass... cool, 3 stars with good service, quite uncommon... lol.. then, the nxt day 24th dec 2004, we took fotos at da balcony with my mum and aunts... when all of us are ready, we left to a temple... in this trip, we are visiting many and many temples... before visiting da temple, we bought fire cracker and joss sticks and paper... it waas da 1st time i saw fire cracker and lighted it... was extremely excited... after praying, i lighted fire crackers and da sound was very very very loud... haha... then we visit another temple... soon, it is around 7pm... then we went back to hotel and prepare for the mega event of hen ni ma... we left around 10pm... guess wad? i receive many xmas msg from my frens... thanks to all of them... wish them a belated merry xmas... around 11 - 1am... there were fire works... cool enuff... it was a portable fireworks machine... i took a few fotos of da fire works... all of us waited waited and waited to around 5am... the weather was cold and all of us were sleepy... then we finally get to pray... then we headed back to hotel and the nxt day (25th dec 2004) we woke up around 7am for another tiring day... well, tink sud stop now and continue later... quite long liao leh... lol... =)))
